Scroll of Resurrection not confirming

I'm trying to use a Scroll of Resurrection on my wife's wow account and when I'm getting to the confirmation page and hit confirm it isn't working. All it does is reload the same page.

Can you give me the name and realm of a character on your wife's account, Samay?

Also, Keep in mind that a Scroll of Resurrection can only be used on a non WotLK upgraded account. In other words, if your wife's account has been upgraded all the way to WotLK, the scroll will fail.

This was a known issue that allowed upgraded accounts to use SoR, unfortunately it was an unintended feature. As I mentioned before, if the account is upgraded to WotLK the account will NOT be eligible. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

If you wish to suggest that WotLK be allowed to use SoR, I recommend posting your request in our suggestion forum.
