Trade chat- Child abuse

I'm deeply offended by comments being made in trade chat on the Muradin server. Certain individuals are talking about how they like to sexually abuse children. In fact they do it so often I beleive that they do in real life. Reporting them in game seems to have no effect. They never get banned for spamming this hate. Maybe I'm not reporting them correctly. So, I would like to know the proper reporting proceedure for hate and/or sexual abusive material. I'm seriously ready to go to the police with this and have them track these people down in real life. Do you have a reporting proceedure for this?
