Flagged for rename?

I just transferred my priest and warlock on this account to Silver Hand. I finished their faction changes, and their names still had the numbers and such on them so it asks for a rename. So I type in their new names, and I hit enter. I'm on the character screen, my characters have names, etc. So I click enter... and it wants me to rename AGAIN. I just did that.

I don't want to lose their new names. They are available on my server. I *know* they are. It already accepted the names. I tried entering the same names again and it says that name is unavailable.

I am opening a ticket in game, but any blue assistance through here would be greatly appreciated.
