Building health

Ever since 4.0 patch, the building tooltip that showed its health is no longer visible to me. Nothing shows up when I highlight the building. How do I get that back or what setting may affect this?

A full reset UI is 3 folders. WTF, CACHE and INTERFACE.

Moving, renaming or deleting those will force them to be recreated on your next login, fresh.
