Elemental rift event

This event might as well not even exist. I Have yet to see one single rift since it started.

I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO WITH MY TIME THAN SIT IDLE IN A ZONE WAITING FOR A RIFT.

These need to spawn every couple min not whatever they are doing now. What kind of invasion is impossible to find? It's retarded.
