Helped on recovered account

Hi, I got my friend here who recently got his account back from being hacked. He has done all the steps listed and seems to have the account back in control. The problem is that the account is currently suspended and neither one of us can find out how to have the suspension lifted.

If anyone has been through this and knows or can direct me to a page where it can be found please let me know. Also, the account recovery page does not have this listed and did read the sticky... Not on either one of those pages.

Could I have the name and realm of a character from your friend's account, Aya? I'd like to see the account status myself.

This is simply a security measure to ensure that the account holder is the one logging in and not another unauthorized party. It won't "lock" his account to your computer or home, though he may have to perform a similar action if he logs in from another new location.

Okay, looks like the account is currently on a type of lock-down that requires your friend to talk to our Billing & Account Services department. He'll want to contact them at his earliest convenience.
