Problem with trial account

hey, i did the recruit a friend thing. my friend wants to try out wrath before buying it (we already upgraded to BC), but whenever i click on the 'free 10 day trial' button on account managment it goes t the confirmation page, i click confirm or continue, then it takes me back to the account managment summary page, and the trial hasnt been activated, and nothing changes.

i'd like some assistance with this issue. trying to get this guy to play so im not playing alone

Are you the one recruiting your friend?

If so has he added the CD KEY that is in the email, sent to him by you?

we did everything for the RAf properly, in fact, we just got done levelling two characters to 60

my problem is that im trying to upgrade his burning crusade account to a wrath trial account because he wants to give DK's a spin before he decides to buy the full version of wrath

however every time i try to upgrade his account (under my battlenet account) to thw wrath 10 day trial, nothing happens

So both accounts are under the same battle.net?

Can you provide the character name and realm of his account, please?
