Transfered to the wrong server

i transfered my toon for a main tank spot in a server top guild. accidently, i went to the wrong server. i tried to cancel the transfer but i was recieving an error message. i put a ticket in, the gm said call billing, now billing is saying i MUST wait 30 days to transfer again.. is there anything i can do to circumvent the 30 day wait time? im surly going to loose my spot in the guilld if i cant clear this up in a day or so

It sounds like a bit of miscommunication, Miahalenge.

From what I can see, your request to a GM was regarding bot being able to drop arena title and transfer, which was answered. For the paid character transfer you were given the option to be refunded and set back to your old server, is this not what you wanted?
