Account/Realm Transfer question

I recently re-aquired an old account with a charecter I would very much like to have on my new account. The charecter happens to be also on another realm and would like him to be on the realm I am currently playing on.
My question is that if I get a transfer would the 25$ fee cover the account and server or would I have to pay twice. 50$ would just be outrageous to have to pay.

You can transfer between accounts and to another realm at the same time, Seped. When prompted to select the realm you wish to transfer to you will also see the option to transfer to another account as well.
