TB and IF invasions bugged on multiple realms

On The Scryers, TB has been bugged for at least two cycles now. Both times, there are 21 citizens trapped in the central area. Most of them cannot be found at all. Some can be found but phase out as you approach them. Even when you can get near enough to use a totem on one, it doesn't work. Nobody has been able to do the two bosses associated with TB, because the TB invasion can not be completed.

I see other people reporting similar trouble on other realms in both TB and IF.

Any ideas if/when this will get fixed?

There are currently two issues happening with this event, though they are not consistent. One is where the elementals stop spawning around the rifts so the rifts remain and you can not progress. That has a possible work around and can be resolved by a Game Master. If this happens submit an in-game petition and one of our In-Game Support staff will get to it as quickly as possible. Make sure you mention which city this is happening on. The overall issue is still being looked into and a resolution worked on.

The other issue is the trapped citizens. Where the citizen seems to move out of phase as you approach. We currently do not have a work around for this matter though it is being looked into.
