Old account retrieval process?

Greetings. I'm a long-time player who's owned numerous accounts, at least four. Many of my old Vanilla friends are returning to WOW for Cata, and I'm wanting to re-activate my original account, but...

I've zero idea where the original CDs or CD keys are. I've moved many times since the game started, and switched comps many times as well. I may or may not remember the account name and password. I realize these issues are fairly daunting, but I'd like to at least begin the process. Could someone provide the appropriate link to account recovery?

While the information that Eilethalua provided above is completely accurate, Barman, if you can give me the name and realm of a character on any of the accounts, I would be able to send an e-mail to the registered e-mail address(es) listed on the account.

I was unable to locate Graak of Spirestone, Barman, but it looks like Karandos and Zoot were on the same realm. That being the case, I have sent an e-mail, with the name the account was registered under, to the address we have on file for the account.
