Will the time allowed between character realm transfers (3 days) remain the same after Cataclysm?

If you are concerned about achievements, I'd like to point out the following:
    Will I receive realm first achievements if I transfer to a realm where the achievements have not been completed?

    Not immediately. Players are ineligible for realm first achievements if they have transferred and been on the realm for less than 60 days. If these achievements remain incomplete for this 60 day period, the newly transferred characters will become eligible.
