What aspect of the event, Arbaxas? Assuming you mean on the Horde side, based on your posting character, it does look like the NPC's are present.

I'm afraid not, Elfofshadows. It will likely happen every few hours or so, we'll probably know more as the event progresses.

I think it might have bugged out on Caelestrasz. Ironforge rifts aren't spawning elite adds and we can't secure areas.
