Character lock problem

Hi there, I decided to get a race change on my troll hunter but i messed up the card information. But i got curious about taxes so asked blizzard about it and said i wont be taxed and then they said that the race change got canceled and my character got locked but they would get a GM to unlock my character within a few hours. i dont know how it got canceled since it never went through, anyways later on i got an email from a GM. this is what it said (We are glad to hear that there is no longer an issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, however, please feel free to petition a Game Master when you next log in.) . so i log in on my hunter and it says. You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete. The race change got canceled, i was wondering if anyone could tell me whats going on.

Looks like the first one did get canceled, Soap - but there is another about an hour later that has an error on it.

My best recommendation on this is to give Billing a call back. I'm unable to tell why this encountered an error, but Billing should be able to get this sorted out for you.
