You and those on your realm have a good deal of power in determining what type of behavior is acceptable on a realm. Though with the new throttling in place is it not so easy to spam in trade but there are certain types of behavior that can still be considered spam and you and others can use the Report Spam feature to report it such as the Bodypart [ability] spam.
As for trolling Trade? Though the title of the channel is merely a suggestion there is certain behavior that is not appropriate and if you see it, report it. This deals with inappropriate language and inappropriate subject matter. My recommendation would be to report some of the more prominent figures first, as they get the message that such behavior will no longer be tolerated by the populace it should settle down.

I'm not entirely certain how that matters. If they are violating our Forum Code of Conduct, be it on one account or another and that violation is reported via the bio-hazard symbol, their actions will be looked into and appropriate actions taken. They will eventually run out of active accounts to post from.
We understand your frustration, Calabasas, it can seem at time that the foxes are running the hen house but I can assure you that is not the case.

As the others have said, Calabasas, you don't have to pay anything as you are not required to transfer. If your Guild Leader decides to it if your choice on if you wish to follow. Transfers were implemented due to the overwhelming requests that the player base made, the price was determined to be both fair enough that it could be an option if one wished to transfer a character to join a friend on another realm, etc... but prohibitive enough that it would not readily be abused. If you believe there should be other options available you are welcome to share your feedback with our Developers by posting in the Suggestions forum.
You are welcome to your opinion. I've never seen how charging for a service that is entirely optional is called greed, when it expecting more then is offered for less then everyone else isn't.
Good luck, I hope your Guild Leader remains on the realm so you do not have to make such a decision.
