Game Card problem

A friend of mine recently bought a game card, it is VERY HARD to scratch it off, he eventually used a coin, and had to scratch it SO hard that the numbers were hard to read, and right now he's having problems reading it, is there anything he can do?

Your friend should try and return the pre-paid card at the retail store that they purchased it, Dxa. Once they have attempted to do that, if they are unable to successfully swap it for a fresh card, they may try contacting Billing & Account Services for other possible options.
