I tried calling the 1-800-542-5499 last night and a recording came on saying the phone system was down.
I tried calling in today and the phone system is still down.

When is it going to be up and operating so I can find out why the pre-sale merchandise I ordered a month ago still hasnt been shipped out?

I can assure you that the phone lines are open and accepting calls, Liahona.

As for the BlizzCon presale orders, they are still in processing. I completely understand where you are coming from. I am waiting for Gurky to arrive as well. :(
