Getting deserter after DC in BGs

Not sure if this is intended or a bug, but whenever I get disconnected during a BG, even if I'm back in the game within 30 seconds, I automatically log back in with deserter buff and kicked out of BG. I can't tell you how frustrating this is. Not only to not be able to continue the game, but to not be able to requeue for 15 minutes?? Please tell me this is a known bug.

It is, we are aware of the issue. It is on our bug forums. Not sure when this will be fixed as of yet.

As a pvp'r myself, I completely understand your frustration, my apologies.
