Suspicious email gm please read

Hi, about a year ago i started receiving a wierd email ( the one below). I dont know if its a true email from blizzard because my account was only created 3 month ago ! and it says on email my account will be perminated if its tru i sold my account. Its mabe somebody that used my email to create an account and he tried to sell it and it got in my mail box but im still scared its my account theyr talking! And a Wierd thing is that when i try to go to the site that is said in the email it says its a phishing site ! is it true or not? and are they talking about my account? :'(
