Webform or E-mail?

Hi all,

I have scanned my ID and TOU forms to get my secret answer back, but I got two answers regarding the delivery of the information. The billing representative told me to send the information to [email protected] and another told me to send it through the webform. Which one would be safer for delivery?

Both options are secure, Ceiwen. It is really up to you which format is easier for you to submit the information through. If you have no preference then I say. . .

*pulls out a quarter*
