Friend's account still trial status

Hi, briefly:

Yesterday my friend purchased WoW and TBC after a referral from me, and is now playing as a blood elf, yet she still has the trial status.

I think I remember somewhere seeing that it may take up to 48 hours but not only is it usually instant, but she won't be able to exceed level 20 nor can she receive money for skills from me.

Could there be something we missed that is keeping her as a trial?

We're level 15 now, so we haven't met the leveling restriction but we're afraid it will halt us, and 72 hours is a while to wait. >_> Dang.

Looks like the account was upgraded properly, you should be able to level past 20. All other restrictions will be lifted by the 72 hour period.
