So about a week ago I recruited my friend, linked to this account, his name is Scott and character name is Diecher (I've read you need that info sometimes Blizz) and all was fine and dandy and we have been having a blast in Azeroth. That is until tonight... Apparantly he was having issues with his talents not saving and the solution that was given to him via in-game petition was to delete the content of his Cache, WTF, and Interface folders and also that Blizz would look into it and fix anything they could see that was wrong. Well upon going through with this procedure, sure enough his talents now work, but it came at a great cost.. we are no longer receiving the perks of RaF!! We aren't getting triple experience, the summon option is not available, granting levels isn't available, it's as if the two accounts were never linked. Only, they were and ARE linked. RaF through account management confirms they are still linked until February 2011. He DID NOT create a trial account using the RaF code but then create another account when he purchased the full version, he followed the instructions to the T and it WAS working great until this little interface hot-fix mix up. So Blizz, is there anything that can be done? Have I provided you with enough info?
