Hi, my friend and I have been playing for years and every now and then we share accounts.

We both took a break for a few months and then come back and find every time we try and log into each other accounts we are met with a msg the login seemed wierd and a email has been set out not allowing us to go further in the log in.
The email says "Due to suspicious activity, the Battle.net account (email here) has been locked. To restore access to this account, please follow these steps:"etc......
So every time we try and connect we are not allowed now. We live in different countries, How can we make it so we can access each others account now?

(forgot to add this is of course a hypothetical issue (thx for reminding me all you forum worriors))

Chrodazar, this simply is not allowed under our agreement with players.

The name on the account is considered the account holder and they are the ONLY one allowed to access that account.

In this case, I can say without reservation - this system is working absolutely as intended.

You may want to look into our Refer a Friend program for a second account.

Leveling is VERY fast that way - and there are also other nice benefits of the program.

You can read up on the details of the program in our FAQ.
