I have done everythign that i can think off, I have deleted cookies, ran firefox in admin, everything but I keep getting this error from the website when I try to redeem the code


The following problems have occurred:


* This code appears to be incomplete.

* This code is not valid. Please verify your code and try again.

It cant be wrong because it was copy+pasted directly from the rayv email..... any ideas?

Unfortunately, Kaybar, we are not involved in the code distribution. If you are having trouble with your code you might want to contact them directly.
