Blizzard email.. Blue post please

Well i had gotten hacked twice in a row in 2 days.. i got my account back and my stuff etc (blizzard is awesome with the support). But now i got this email about a free authenticator that i can get within 14 days with an Email named "account compromise follow up" Their were no links to click or anything suspicious, it doesnt seem like those fake ones. It said to sign in via battle.net and goto the blizzard store and there will be a Authentiactor for no cost... what do you know.. theres the 2 authenticators (the us one and the one for Canada etc..) then at the left is a blue blizzard plated authenticator at the cost of $0.00.. i have not ordered this yet because iam still questioning it... is this real?!

P.S iam getting this glitch when my character magical disappears out of my guild and when i get invited back iam at the same rank?
