Ret nerfed again

The most recent Seal of Truth change was just a tooltip correction. The numbers did not go down.

We did nerf Censure and raise Exorcism in a previous build, but that should not be new information.

This isn't useful feedback without more evidence. The next guy can just say "Nuh uh, paladins are literally 25% ahead of the top dps" and then we're at an impasse.

Its not a new expansion unless ret scales with strength, strength, strength and strength and maybe almost kind of with a secondary stat (or maybe, possibly two, but thats really pushing it).

I'd rather ret have had 5% the number of posts its had and actually WORK than have eleventy billion and threeve posts and still be in the same place ret usually is after a redesign, which is in need of a new re-design that isnt mostly bandaids.

I'm locking this thread. The issue has been resolved and it's clear the thread isn't headed anywhere good.
