You should have received an email with instructions on how to get this account unlocked. It was locked for your protection pending notification from you that security is in order. That's very important. If the means still exists to get in, they WILL be back.

Oh, and look, they've already reset your password.

That tends to indicate they are actually into your email account or have possibly put a forward on it. You might wish to establish another for use with your Battle.net account.
