Dial-in Authenticator and Guild Ranks

I have a couple questions on the new dial-in authenticator system that weren't answered in the FAQ ( http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&tag=dialinauth&rhtml=true ):

1) Guild masters can configure certain guild ranks to require an Authenticator. Does this include accounts secured with the dial-in version too?

2) Will accounts secured with the dial-in authenticator receive the Core Hound Pup vanity pet?

Thanks in advance for clarification, and thanks for implementing this system too. I haven't enabled it yet, but looks like a good idea so far.
