Disappointed in Bug Reports service

There is a week-old thread in Bug Reports titled "Tripping the rifts bug?", 5 pages long, of which about half is me bumping the thread in the hopes of receiving a reply from a Blizzard employee. Most threads on forums other than Suggestions receive Blizzard responses within a day, and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service this thread (and all the people posting in it) has received.

It is a bug that affects multiple players, not just myself, and all we want is an answer.

As the others have mentioned, Vrida, the Bug Reports forum isn't intended to be a question and answer point of contact. Our QA team uses that forum to gather information to help them locate/reproduce possible bugs that they then use to find and implement a resolution.

Most threads on forums do not receive responses, though our Community Managers and Developers may occasionally post, it is not guaranteed. Nor is a response in the Bug Report forum. QA will sometimes post asking a question or for other additional information or even note that an issue is already known and no further information is required but otherwise, they are not usually able to provide updates.

The CS forum and Tech Support forums are the only ones that receive regular responses governing their particular topics.

The reported issues with the rifts have been reported and are known. If more information becomes available a post will be made.
