Payment Issue

Has anyone had any issues with paying for a month of gametime? I just went to purchase one month recurring, and it said success and everything. But it says my time runs out on Nov. 10th, when it was originally supposed to freeze.

Just mostly wondering if this is an issue that will work itself out, or if I'm stuck calling Billing tomorrow. : /

On this account, it does look like the expiration from your last round of payment is 11/10.

At that time, if you have another recurrent billing method selected, it would rebill.

You are more than welcome to checkup on this with Billing of course, but from the limited information at my disposal, that does appear to be the case here.
