Friend Has Unauthorized Authenticator

My friend did a Account recovery over the phone and it went great for him

Until he tried logging in a Unknown authenticator was on the account


His characters name is Thësituätiön On stormrage

I would recommend he phone Billing back on this, Narac, this one isn't as cut and dry as most.
