Ok. This is my first time posting on the forums so please bare with me, and I apologize if this has already been asked.

The straight question is: Can I transfer a character from one Deactivated WoW account to an Active WoW account?

That is all.

Also, I am the owner of BOTH accounts, with BOTH having all the same information because of the fact that they are under the same Battle.net.

As for why I want to know. Recently I made a new account with RaF. We are about to hit 60, and I was planning on transferring the toon back to my main account. But since I am short on cash I was wondering if I could wait till after the 30 days I have payed for and transfer him when I have the money.

Thank you for your help.

Q u o t e:

As for Kaidiel- You said I cannot transfer a character from a deactivated Vanilla WoW to a Active WotlK account, when it is stated in their Character Transfer FAQ that I can. I may have misinterpreted your reply though.

I think Kaidiel just flipped the information, Xemnas. You'd be unable to transfer a character from a WoTLK enabled account to a lower version such as a Vanilla WoW account but vice versa would be fine.

As Barolas indicated you should be fine in transferring a character off of a deactivated account as long as the account otherwise qualifies. Being a Guild Leader or Arena Team Captain or having mail in your inbox will prevent transfer so make sure you clear that up before your game time runs out.
