Subscriptions

I used to be subscribed to the game monthly. Credit card expired and I need to update it to the new date. Going through battle.net and entering the information in, I get the following message:

An error has occurred on this page
Unspecified error

I called my bank and they said there were no attempts at authorizations on my card and everything is fine with it. Is there something else I can do?

I seem to remember when I first started playing wow a long time ago that I had this problem as well.
