Recruit-A-Friend

I have already done this in Technical Support but I was told it would be better here(hopefully it is answered.)

I recruited my mother through the Recruit-A-Friend thing on here and after about 5days the thing(Where it shows you what stage your recruitment is at, and if you are linked or not) just disappeared off the page. It has been over the 90(is that it) day requirement to get my rocket and I have yet to get it.
Our accounts didn't even get linked or anything, it just disappeared off the page all together.
Will I have to recruit her again even though she already has an account?
Or am I just hopeless and will not be getting my rocket or the link between our accounts??

You've checked the page where you claim your mount?

The actual RAF has expired, but that shouldn't restrict that particular reward once the payment criteria have been met.

If you check and still cannot claim this, you may wish to call our Billing department to have this looked into a bit further. This has indeed expired, I think there may have been a little confusion over precisely what your issue was when you contacted us recently.
