Can't get my Cache of the Ley-Guardian

Three times now I've run Heroic Occulus and haven't gotten a cache of the ley-guardian on my warlock on Feathermoon. I've reported it the last two times, and both times my item was "restored" - together with a warning that they'll only restore mistakenly deleted items a set number of times.

This isn't me making a mistake, nor is it me deleting an item. This is an item just not being there when it should be. Am I really losing item restores because the game isn't spawning an item for me that it should be spawning? Will I have to send Blizz a ticket every time I run occulus? Is there anything that can be done to permanently fix this problem?

Have you tried resetting your User Interface before the next random Heroic run, Deathrekkan? If everyone else in the group is getting the cache it may be an issue with your UI not allowing the item to be displayed.

Yes, if the person not receiving the Cache did not select random Heroic they do not actually qualify. From what I can see from the two petitions submitted on this issue from the OP it does look like they entered the instance on random. I'm not aware of any known issues with this item and it should be visible and obtainable otherwise which makes me think there may be an issue with the UI or other corrupted file. It is always a good idea to return to a default UI to make sure that isn't the cause in any case. :)
