Faction Transfer propblems

All your character's items are moved with the character, Outlander, they aren't separated from the process. If you are unable to see them it sounds like you have a display issue preventing it.

My first recommendation would be to close out the World of Warcraft client then navigate your way to your Worldofwarcraft directory and delete the Cache folder. You can then boot up the game.

Excellent. You may want to check to see if you addons can be updated to a newer version, that may resolve the issues you are having while it is active.
