Hello.

Alot of drama has gone down in my guild and I would like to disband it. Myself and one of the officers who quit today put in the majority of the Matiriels and gold and would like to take it with us as we transfer servers. My question is, What are the reprecussions of disbanding a guild and taking all of the gold and items you put into it in the first place? Is it a bannable offence? As 15,000 of the 20,000 g Myself and this other officer who rage quit put in in the first place. Thanks.

A screenshot is not necessary, Zosima, as each case is different.

Yes, a guild technically belongs to the Guild Leader but as many have stated the contents of the guild bank, which is managed by the Guild Leader, is intended for the overall well being and progression of the guild. If an officer with appropriate permissions removed a certain portion of the guild bank and then left the guild it is possible that it may be viewed as a scam and appropriate actions would be taken.

The same can be said for the Guild Leader, many of the items donated to the guild bank are done so usually with an understanding that they are to be used for the guild's progression, if the guild is disbanded and the items go with one person who then leaves the realm... guild progression doesn't seem to be a factor.

As I said though each case is different. Talking it over with your guild and deciding what is best for all involved would be my recommendation so there is no misunderstandings.
