GM Calls me name I don't have, sends mail?

So I just submitted a second ticket after the first one about naming violations went through, I figured I'd take care of another 10 or so inappropriate names. Ticket is gone, and I got mail from Blizz (in my in-game mailbox and with the logo) but it's worded much differently and not only that they called my Draenei Shaman, Krainwreck.

His name is Meravik and none of my characters even start with a K.

But more-so I'm just looking to hear a 'Your ticket still went through, no worries', because the specific names I reported are so awful and inappropriate that I'd hate to have to write them up again. Thankfully the name change violations are super quick, that's been my experience in reporting violations in the past.

Not looking for an apology so don't think I came here to whine! I would hate to have someone's ticket switched with mine or something and I don't know, get things restored to my account that aren't mine or my OWN names changed.

Looking through your petition history, Maugrimm, it looks like your issue was correctly looked into and the names taken into consideration and dealt with in accordance to our policies. The Game Master may have been had a slight mix-up and your name may have been switched with another player they were talking to. I assure you that everything was handled correctly, though. :0)
