Digital Download - When Is It Ready?

I have purchased Cata as digital download (thanks for that option, BTW). How will I know that I have everything downloaded to log in and play at 12:01 on Dec 7. This morning the tooltip on game options said 100% downloaded. About an hour ago I logged in again and it said 99%. If you guys are releasing the patch incrementally, how will I know when I have the Whole Thing (tm)? Thanks.

Data will continue to stream until the day of the release, Takir. You should be able to login to the game prior to 12:01am as the switch to activate the expansion content is done server side.
