Darkmoon card exchange.

Was there a change in policy regarding the exchange of Darkmoon Faire Cards that have the error "You cannot auction an item with used charges"?

I had opened a ticket Thursday, on this character, requesting an exchange. The only response was that they are looking into the issue.

I did not find any other recent relevant posting on the subject other than the directions posted below to take the steps I had taken.

It seems the representative who handled your issue may not have understood your request, Sterilite, as I suspect they are one of our more recently hired Game Masters, and this issue is a very old one that doesn't tend to pop up much anymore.

I've gone ahead and had the items in question recreated for you, which should resolve the issue. >^.^< This usually only happens with very old Darkmoon Cards/decks and very old vanity pets - ones that were created before a particular patch. As the cause of this is a couple years old, a newer representative is very likely to misinterpret the request. I apologize for the mix-up!
