"Multiboxing" rules?

OK, I know using certain third-party programs is against the rules, but what about using those programs to "multibox"? I noticed some people in arenas and BG's simultaneously using the same spell at the same time, standing in the same spot, and I was wondering exactly what was the rule in cases such as this. I'm not talking 2 or 3, I'm talking about a full 5 characters using this method. I don't know of too many people that can do that without some kind of a program.

Using a program to copy a player's input to multiple clients simultaneously is acceptable. The reason why is because the actions themselves are not automated (there is still, essentially, a player commanding all five characters - just all to do the same thing).

Now, if a program was being used where a player had to supply minimal effort to control or fight with the characters, that may be considered botting and would be a violation of our policies.
