AQ scepter chain

I have recently tryed to finish the AQ40 scepter chain and well, one of the items for it is on Onyxia, Draconics for Dummies (VI). I am not abill to obtain this item as I am 60 and Onyxia is now a level 80 raid. Is there a way a GM could grant me the item (Draconic for Dummies (VI)) since it is a 60 quest.

Out of the 5, 1 got escalated. So I get 4 GMs didn't do there job right?

I'm afraid not - it simply means the one who escalated it was part of our newer crew of recent hires - they may escalate issues they have not yet been trained on, so if they are unfamiliar with the issue, they send it on to another of our more experienced Game Masters.

As that Game Master, and the previous ones who addressed your issue stated, we are unable to grant items to players who did not complete the requirement to earn that item. In this case, slaying Onyxia while on the quest. I understand that this raid is no longer available to level 60 characters, however, this was a change made by our developers and our Game Masters are unable to override their decisions.
