Can't upgrade to Wrath of The Lich King Trial

I already have the Burning Crusade and every time I try to upgrade to Wrath of the Lich King 10 day trial it brings me to a screen I click continue then I'm back on my account page I still don't have the trial and everything is the same please help.

As Tengianna mentioned, Artexian, the issue may be related to your web browser.

Can you try an alternative browser?

You cannot trial the WOLTK expansion to the best of my knowledge.
We do have a Burning Crusade and WotLK trial, Maelfas. =). While it does not add game time, it allows you to access the expansion content for 10 days.

I had someone from our Billing and Account services take a look at your account and it appears that the account is eligible for the WotLK trial. From what they can see there is nothing preventing the account from being upgraded. Unfortunately there aren't any additional steps to try other than making sure the browser history was cleared correctly. A page refreshing, will typically indicate cookies are not being accepted.

Can you temporarily disable your antivirus program, clear your cookies/cache data and try again?

A GM answered, but was unable to help so he "escalated" the issue. It has been 9 hours since he escalated the issue. I went to bed at 11:00pm last night with the issue open, it is now 7:15AM.
I don't see anything about the issue being escalated, Pianomedic. What I do see is that we provided you with our Billing and Account services phone number and the account you are posting with was upgraded to WotLK.
