Unwanted trial accounts.

I show on the account you are posting from there is WOW1 and WOW2. WOW1 does not have any characters; however WOW2 does have a level 12 character. Are these the accounts you are referring to, Anaela?

New accounts are unable to be renamed. They will always begin with WOW followed by a number in numerical order.

I made a trial to show the game to my wife's nephew, turns out I made a mistake and added a non raf linked trial too. Now I want to get rid of both.

To clarify further, by removing the WOW2 account the character will be lost. Is that ok?

If you are currently logged into Account Management, log completely out. When logging back in you should no longer see the 2 trial accounts.

If you are currently logged into the game, exit the game to your desktop and re-launch. When logging into the game you will no longer have to select which account you would like to play.
