Automated responses..

Well...just issued my first really low scored GM survey today. A GM who will remain nameless gave me an automated response along with the automated ingame letter saying they are aware of the issue of the "Internal Bag Error"...I know they are aware...thanks but this is not helpful. Had you actually gave me a response even if it were a "no we can't do that" I would have been happy because then I would have at least known that you read my petition that I have been waiting hours for an answer to.

I love GMs ...I really do... 99% of the time I only see great CS and I have always wondered who these trolls were that kept talking bad about them. This just annoys me. I have plenty of Dalaran Cooking Tokens to spend. In my petition I simply asked if they could manually take all of my tokens and replace them with the northern spices. If not, fine, but at least confirm for me that my petition was read. Telling me you are aware of this issue confirms nothing.

And honestly, they could have talked to you and said no or whatever, but think of the time difference for them to send that out instead of trying to talk to you and tell you basically the same thing. Not that I 100 percent agree with the response, i can see where it comes from. The answering of the survey was the right thing to do, or if you would like to email your concerns with the response ([email protected]) and maybe suggest that they add in that they do not currently trade them in for you.

This is a pretty dead on description of the situation in this case, with great advice to boot. If you think there are ways our Game Masters (either in general or in relation to the one you experienced) can improve their service, submitting constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated!
