I just bought the celestial steed for some lulz since it's made from the tears of noobs and such.

And when I try to attach it to my account... It says the code has already been claimed... I've been charged for it and it's in my transaction history as well.

It says order status 'Queued', which isn't listed in the FAQ link provided... so what's going on?

Do I need to wait a while or what?

Or has it just stuffed up saying it's already been claimed?

If you send an e-mail, from your registered e-mail address, with the redemption code to Auryk.support@blizzard I would be happy to look into this a bit further, Alixion. The above advice is true, and you may very well need to contact Billing & Account Services. Let me take a shot at it first. If I am unable to help, then you can use their webform or e-mail address if calling is not a viable option.

The status of your purchase shows as being queued up on our end, Alixion, though it has not been “shipped” or delivered. This simply means that your financial institution has not released the funds to us; as such you are not yet able to fly on the wings “made from the tears of noobs” as you put it . . . or put simply, redeem the Celestial Steed.

While the transaction should finalize fairly quickly it can, as with the online upgrades, take up to 72 hours depending on your financial institution. If you are unable to redeem the mount by Sunday, feel free to return here. I’ll see if there is anything else that can be done.
