It seems every time I go to a friends house and use their computer to play WoW, my account gets locked and requires me to change my password. I have an authenticator added to my account. Is their anyway to avoid this?

Heya Elyzian,

Alright, well, as long as it's normal, it's not really too much trouble.

Just never had a problem with it before.
Suspicious activity locks, are due a change from where you normally log in from. All you need to do, is follow the instructions in the email sent to you, which usually asks you to change passwords to be able to log in.

I have like 2 hours almost of nothing to do every tuesday and tursday if I don't play at school i'll bore myself to death
Unfortunately, this is one of the pains you may have to go through, in order for us to help keep your account safe.....

Then just make it optional, put an option that requires email authentication to turn this off or something. Rather do it once than multiple times every 2nd day

It does it when i try to just switch accounts too, like I got 2 on my battle.net acct and if i go off one to other at the location i just varified it wants me to do it again >(
I understand how frustrating this may be, it is sort off similar to when you travel with your bank card and your charges are being declined because you are not in the area that you live close to. Then you have to call the bank and let them know that, "Hey, I'm on vacation", or whatever the reason may be.

Even though it is a big inconvenience, specially when your trying to make a purchase and people are standing behind you, I prefer them to flag my card and for me to call them, in case I ever did actually lose my card. I know this is a bank situation and sort off completely different, but in a way very similar reasoning.

If the account is locked, we asked that you verify and change your password. Then your safe to play again.

You can also voice your concern on our Suggestion forums for our developers to read, if you would like to see a change in this.

Please do not use profanity in your post, thank you.
