Couldn't use the time on my main account.

I quit WoW months and months ago so when I heard about the free week I decided to try it out. To my dismay I couldn't use the free week on my second account, the only account I use. Why is this?

It only gave me the option to renew the first account, this account. While it's not big loss if I can't get a free week (I have no intention of playing if the time remains on this account) it is kind of bothersome. Hell, this character is on my other account and level eighty now.

The offer was extended under specific circumstances, Kinship.

An account must have been inactive a sufficient amount of time to receive this offer - I don't believe the account in question would qualify under that as it's been active somewhat recently.
