Paid name change trouble

I've been trying to do a named name change on one of my alts for a few days now but as soon as I put in my payment information I get a page with an orc peon and an error.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Have you tried clearing your cookies/cache and reloading your browser or perhaps try an alternate browser? Assuming you are attempting this transaction on the account you are posting on I don't see any attempted processes, which usually means the initial request isn't getting through.

Give those steps a try and if the issue persists you might want to contact our Billing and Account Services department directly.
