One of my Accounts has been suspended

As the title says, i havn't used this account for quite some time but i would like to reactivate it for Cata, i'm not sure why it was suspended i'm guessing the suspension was never lifted after i got hacked a few months ago. I have sent E-mails and opened ingame tickets reguarding this issue over the last month or 2 however apart from the automated replies never had anyone contact me. could i please get some more info on this or better yet get it unsuspended?

I may have just been unlocked, but I do not see that your this account is currently suspended, do you see an error when you try to log in?

I just checked it, there is no error, the Battle.net is also tied to this account, it still says suspended under status and i cannot add game time or anything else the suspension prohibits.
